By enrolling in any Warriors Sports Club program or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued enrollment or use of the site means you accept the current version.
Our Services
Warriors Sports Club provides After-School care, Taekwondo instruction, and seasonal Summer Special programs for children and families in the Bronx and Yonkers. Current program descriptions, schedules, and pricing are provided at the time of enrollment and may be updated from time to time.
All students, parents, and staff are expected to treat others with respect. We maintain strict pickup and drop-off safety protocols, and we ask families to follow attendance and check-in guidelines provided at enrollment for every child's well-being.
Conduct, Attendance & Safety
Physical activities, including Taekwondo, carry an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, parents/guardians and participants acknowledge this risk and agree to a signed assumption of risk and liability waiver prior to participation.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
Enrollment requires a completed registration form and payment of applicable fees. Fees are billed according to the schedule provided at sign-up (e.g., monthly or per-session). To cancel or change enrollment, notify us in writing; refunds are prorated per our current refund policy and are not provided for missed classes without advance notice.

Photo, Video & Media Release
We may photograph or record video of students during classes and events for use in marketing and on social media, and may share family testimonials. If you do not want your child's image used, please notify us in writing.
Website Content & Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and other content on this website belong to Warriors Sports Club or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Privacy of Information

Disclaimer, Changes, Termination & Governing Law
Our programs and website are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
